Insurance is your real protection

Texas has no state license for concrete contractors. What protects you is insurance, plus a record of permits with the city.

So ask every bidder two things. Can I see your general liability certificate? Do you pull the City of Georgetown approach permit, or is that on me?

Our answers: you get the certificate before work starts, and the permit is ours to pull.

What we do to earn a good one

Arrive on the day we said. Measure, then explain what the slab needs and why. Leave a written price that stays put.

Pull the permit. Meet the inspector. Pour early. Cut joints on time. Sweep the street when we leave.
