Your free estimate, start to finish

An estimator measures your site, looks at drainage and truck access, and leaves you an itemized price in writing. Phones are answered 24 hours a day, every day of the week.

Here's what the whole thing looks like from your side of the fence, step by step.

1

The call, whenever you make it

You ring (737) 379-2302, or you fill in the form beside this text. Day or night, somebody answers. Tell us what you're after: a repair job, a driveway, a patio, a slab, a walkway or a pool deck, plus roughly how big. If there's a sketch lying around or an HOA rule you have to follow, keep it close by. We call you back the same day.

2

What you'll see on the day of the visit

Most times the estimator is at your door one or two days later. They'll stretch a tape across the area, watch where rainwater heads, check what the soil is up to, work out whether a mixer truck and a pump can reach where they need to be, and tell you whether the City of Georgetown, Williamson County or your HOA will want to sign off first.

3

What's printed on the sheet

The price comes to you in writing with each part on its own line: tearing out and hauling away the old slab, the excavation, a compacted base underneath, the forms, rebar or wire mesh, concrete at the thickness the load calls for, the control joints, whichever finish you picked, sealer, and cleanup. Because it's itemized, you can set it next to anyone else's quote and compare line by line. Anything missing from the sheet can't show up on the bill later.

4

What happens by when

The written price holds for 30 days. The estimate costs nothing and you're welcome to get another one; we'd honestly rather you compared and then picked us than felt cornered. Approve it and we put the pour on the schedule. No deposit is due until you've approved and we've scheduled.

Slab dropped overnight? Retaining wall leaning out? Use the word urgent on the call and, when we can, someone will come take a look that same day.

A few things worth knowing before the visit

The ranges on our service pages are for planning, and the sheet the estimator leaves is what governs. If your job needs a permit from the City of Georgetown or Williamson County, it appears as its own line, and the pour is scheduled once the permit is approved. HOA approval is yours to obtain, and we supply the drawings and specs its committee asks to see. You're welcome to ask for the crew's certificate of insurance before any work begins.

Estimates are free anywhere in Georgetown and across Williamson County. Our service area page lists the towns and neighborhoods.
