How we got here
In about ten years, Georgetown went from a college town with a pretty square to the fastest-growing city its size in America.
Builders kept pace the cheap way. Driveways and patios went in as thin and as fast as an inspector would pass. East of I-35, the Blackland clay has been pulling them apart ever since.
Most firms chasing the growth are Austin companies. For them, Georgetown is a commute. Ask one why the neighbor's driveway cracked and yours held. Most can't say.
What we are
We set out to be the local, technical choice. We're run locally. No franchise, no lead-selling call center. We book and manage home flatwork and foundations across Georgetown and the northern half of Williamson County.
Independent local crews do the pouring. They carry general liability insurance. They know the city's approach standard, and they know the HOA committees by name. Every job gets a written, itemized price from a company with a Georgetown number.
Four rules we work by
Match the slab to the lot
Clay gets five inches and a thickened edge. Rock gets four. Rebar sits on chairs on every job. Joints get cut early. Water gets sent away from the slab. That runs a bit over builder spec. It lasts about three times longer.
Take the paperwork off your plate
City of Georgetown permits. The pre-pour and final inspections. Williamson County permits on county roads. The modification-request drawing for your HOA. Widening a driveway shouldn't mean learning a permit portal.
Tell you the truth about the fix
Foam will do it? Then no tear-out. Sounds like a foundation? We'll say that isn't our trade. Lot on limestone? You won't pay for clay-side steel.
Pick up at any hour
Calls are answered around the clock, 9 PM on a Sunday included. Your details get taken, then a person calls you back to book the estimate. Crews pour Monday to Saturday, at first light all summer.
