Our privacy policy
Your details go toward pricing and doing your job. We don't sell them.
This version has applied since September 2026. Questions about it go to hello@georgetownconcreteworks.com.
Phoned, texted or used our form? Then you've handed us a few details, and you should know where they go. Here's the kitchen-table version.
What ends up in our file
We hold your name, the number you called or typed in, your email if you gave one, your street address or at least your ZIP, and a few words about the concrete you want poured, lifted or patched. Nothing more.
Two things about the phone. An automated assistant picks up, day or night, takes those details and books a time for one of us to ring you back. And we may record calls to check our work and train the people taking them; a message says so as the call connects.
Why do we want it? To answer you, work up your estimate, prepare whatever drawing a permit application or your HOA needs, put the job on the calendar, pour it, and message you about it along the way. Now and then we might send a reminder, say when a patio we finished is due for sealer. Tell us and those stop.
Who else sees it? The insured crew doing your work. The City of Georgetown or Williamson County, only when a permit gets filed on your address. Your HOA, if you've asked us to hand in the paperwork. The outfits that run our phone line, web form and scheduling calendar. Anyone the law says we must. We don't sell your details or rent them.
On the site itself, we count visitors with analytics built to respect your privacy, so we know which guides help people. No ad trackers here.
Your say over it
Email hello@georgetownconcreteworks.com any time to see what we hold, fix what's wrong, or have it wiped. If we text you and you'd rather we didn't, reply STOP and the texts end.
