Georgetown and Williamson County are building commercial space as fast as houses — the medical and office buildings along Williams Drive and University, the retail at Wolf Ranch and along I-35, the churches and schools, the warehouses and light industrial out SH 130 and toward Hutto and Taylor — and it all runs on flatwork that's being built, extended or replaced. We do the flatwork: concrete parking and drive aisles, dumpster enclosures and pads, sidewalks and ADA ramps, loading-dock aprons and truck courts, equipment pads, and slab-on-grade for small buildings and additions.
Commercial work here means the soil report matters — the same Blackland clay that cracks a driveway will destroy a parking lot without a stabilized subgrade — so we build to the engineer's section, lime-treat or select-fill where the report calls for it, and pour to the City of Georgetown or Williamson County detail. Written proposals, phased scheduling that keeps the lot open, traffic control, permits and inspections are all part of it.
What's included
Parking lots & drive aisles
Stabilized subgrade, 6-inch reinforced pavement, curb and gutter, phased so the lot stays open.
Dumpster pads & enclosures
8-inch heavy-duty pads to the city detail, with the apron the trucks drive on.
ADA sidewalks & ramps
Ramps, landings, detectable warnings and cross-slopes to ADA and TDLR — the items inspectors fail most.
Dock aprons & truck courts
8- to 10-inch reinforced aprons on stabilized base.
Slab-on-grade
Engineered slabs for small buildings, additions and canopies; post-tension coordination where specified.
Repair
Broken panels, trip hazards and spalled dock edges replaced section by section.

Questions we get about commercial concrete
Concrete or asphalt for a parking lot in Central Texas?
Concrete: it lasts two to three times longer in the heat, doesn't rut where trucks turn, and doesn't need sealing every three years. Asphalt still wins on first cost for a very large lot.
Do you handle TDLR accessibility inspection?
We build ramps and sidewalks to the TAS/ADA standard and coordinate with the RAS inspector on projects over the threshold.
Can you work nights or weekends?
Yes — retail and medical lots are usually phased overnight or on closed days, written into the proposal.
Do you stabilize the subgrade?
On clay, always — lime treatment or select fill to the engineer's section. It's the difference between a 30-year lot and a five-year one.
Do you provide proposals for property managers?
Written scope, per-area pricing, schedule, insurance certificates and a maintenance plan.
